Hey, ComixTribe fans, great news! Over the weekend, the last set of books that were hold up the final batch of orders came through. You may recall, we had a special limited run of METAL COVERS for A Fistful of Pain featuring this dope cover by Nathaniel Ooten minted. They came out great!

With these awesome books now in hand, we were able to pack up the last of the orders, which go dropped off to the USPS and UPS drop-offs today.
And with that, we have another ComixTribe Kickstarter project in the books!
Note: We do still have a few outstanding backer orders that have not been shipped.
- 1 Backer order is being held up by a failed credit card in Backerkit.
- 18 Backer orders are being held up because we do not have shipping info / completed survey.
We have made several attempts to reach out to those remaining backers, and will try one more time. We will also hold on to your pledge rewards until the end of the year, but cannot guarantee they will still be in stock after that.

Hey, A Fistful of Pain Backers! The ComixTribe Crew here with a quick progress report on A FISTFUL OF PAIN Reward Shipping.
We're currently sitting at 95% of packages out the door, with the only hold-up being waiting for our METAL COVERS to come in. The good news on that front is that we heard today from our vendor that they're expected to be completed and shipped out this weekend. Assuming that happens, we should have them in hand by the end of next week, and should be able to wrap shipping on the final batch of rewards waiting on Metal Covers by the following week!
Note: There are still 18 Backers who we have been unable to get completed surveys for and 1 whose credit card has errored. We've reached out to all of those backers directly, but if you're one of them, you can always get your reward squared away by heading to fistful.backerkit.com and fix the issue that way.

Hey, friends and backers! Tyler James from ComixTribe HQ with a A FISTFUL OF PAIN shipping status update for you all.
As of this morning, 94% of our orders have been shipped! If your order has shipped, you should have received a tracking # emailed to you and you should be able to find it in your Backerkit portal at fistful.backerkit.com.
Note: We printed shipping labels before packages were actually packaged and shipped, so some of you may have received tracking numbers pre-maturely, and several days before the actual package went out the door. Apologies for the confusion there. We have also seen that some packages never actually get scanned in at the post office, so if your tracking is showing as "not received yet" that doesn't necessarily mean that there is an issue.
STILL TO SHIP:
Right now, there are 8 more packages that still need to be packed and shipped. We ran out of SHE and WAILING BLADE Hardcovers at our home office shipping location, and are waiting for a restock to arrive today. Once they do, we'll get the next 8 packages out there.
That will then leave backers who are to receive the special A FISTFUL OF PAIN Metal Covers. These covers are being minted now by our friends at Faerie Metal. We've asked for an ETA on when these will arrive, but hopefully it will be very soon so we can get the rest of these packages out there door and put a fork in another awesome ComixTribe Kickstarter launch!
Thanks again for your patience as these packages work their way through the postage system and toward you. You can message us directly if you have any specific issues with your order and we'll get them resolved as best we can!

Hey, friends! Great news! The books have finally landed and A FISTFUL OF PAIN Shipping can begin!

These oversized pages really let Louie Joyce's kinetic art breathe, and we think you're going to be incredibly impressed with the package we've put together for you.

SHIPPING UNDERWAY
Now that books are in stock, we can begin picking, packing and shipping orders to backers. Note, our fulfillment will be happening at couple of different locations, and there may be a couple days delay between when we create the shipping label with a tracking # for your order, and when that order is actually received and scanned in by the post office. This is no cause for alarm, it's simply us trying to efficiently tackle this project.
We expect to get the bulk of the orders shipped within the next week, however, some orders that require pulling product from inventory and one-of-one orders with a bunch of add-ons may take a few extra days for us to get to.
Likewise, if you ordered a METAL Cover, those are in the process of being METALIZED as we needed to pull in a specialty vendor to produce those covers.
We ask for just a bit more patience as we dive headlong into this shipping project. We'll be back next week with an update on fulfillment progress.

For the first time since the pandemic shut things down, ComixTribe will have official booth presence at a comic convention! That's right, we'll be at WICKED COMIC CON in Boston, MA this Saturday and Sunday! Let us know if you're coming through!
ComixTribe Publisher Tyler James will be manning the booth, and SINK artist Alex Cormack will be in attendance as well! Come on by and say hi!
Fistful Shipping Update 3/29

Hey, Fistful backers! Hope you're doing well. Tyler James from ComixTribe here with a quick status update.
I was able to confirm that our shipment of books did hit the ports last week as expected. They're currently in the process of getting through customs and moved to rail for shipment to our fulfillment warehouse. Current date on when they're expected to hit our warehouse is 4/7/2023. Once the books arrive, we can start processing orders and shipping them out to our loyal and patient backers.
NOTE: If you need to update your shipping address, simply shoot us a message through Kickstarter and we'll get it updated in our system.
We were able to get a shipment of books out to Louie and Ryan earlier in the month in Australia (which is a lot closer to our printer than I am here in the states) and they're thrilled with the final product, so we hope you will be too.
Again, thanks for sticking with us as we bring this big project to a thrilling conclusion with an awesome book in your hands!
